It still came out quite thick and not really bread like, but it still was tasty!
I decided to use 3 bananas in the bread instead of 5 and I used the extra 2 for a fancy topping...I just thinly sliced them and lay them of top.
Then I made a sweet glaze on top of that...
I took a
-large handful of walnuts and tossed them into my coffee grinder
-melted 1/4 cup of Earth balance butter
-3 Tbls of powdered sugar
-3 Tbls of flour
Mix it all up and spread on the half-baked bread!
