The King

We made it to Memphis!  We were going to stop at a motel 6 outside of Nashville, but we were making really good timing so we pulled 1100 miles in 18.5 hours!  Surprisingly, it was quite a pleasant drive...maybe because Michael did about 14 of those hours...
I think we're staying at the most ghetto Super 8...first they sent us to a room that someone was already in...then, we saw a...ahem...lady of the night....and lastly, things have already broken in the room!  HA...glad we are doing no more cheap chain hotels.  Only cheap classic route 66 motels from here on!

It's 6:45 and we're going to bed.
We're off to see the King tomorrow, and need our beauty sleep.
